The atmosphere is incredible! This is a beautiful restaurant. My husband and I made a reservation for our wedding anniversary here the other weekend which was probably a mistake on my part because, while beautiful, this is a hotel restaurant with a large bar and we were there on a Friday night. It wasn't quite the quiet, fine-dining experience we had hoped for but, hey, that's just part of trying new things. Personally, I thought that the manchego grits and the steak in the steak frites could have used a little acid for depth of flavor but my husband loved both so that's probably a palette issue specific to me. I do wish our server had been a little more attentive. Maybe it's just me, but when I spring for a bottle of wine at a restaurant, I want the experience of having my glass filled for me which didn't happen. Also, our waitress took my knife when she cleared the table of our appetizer, but she didn't bring me a new one. I was trying to catch her attention, but since my husband ordered the steak frites he had a steak knife and was able to give me his butter knife to eat my meal. I think my biggest issue is that, even though we noted this was our anniversary in the reservation, we were seated to the side of the bar almost directly in front of where the servers had to enter/exit the bar to get drinks and whatnot. We had servers and staff squeezing between us and the empty table next to us all night. Other than a group of folks standing by the bar there were only one or two other couples dining when we came in and I wish they had sat us almost anywhere else that would have felt a little more relaxed. I can understand getting squeezed in if we hadn't made a reservation and the place was packed but that just wasn't the case. It just felt really disappointing for the price point/experience we...
Read moref there’s one thing that will keep me coming back to Cloud Puncher, it’s the exceptional service. From the moment you step inside, you feel like a VIP, all thanks to the incredible team, led by the outstanding manager, Ashley.

Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and you never feel like you’re just another customer – she remembers names, faces, and small preferences, which makes a world of difference.
But what really made our visit special was our server, John. He was an absolute rockstar. John has an innate ability to make you feel comfortable and well-attended to without being overbearing. His timing was flawless – always there when we needed something, but never hovering. He took the time to explain things with enthusiasm and knowledge, and his positive energy was absolutely contagious. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the experience of each guest, but John does it effortlessly.
The combination of Ashley’s managerial finesse and John’s impeccable service creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and polished. If you’re looking for service that goes above and beyond, Cloud Puncher is the place to be. Read moreI reserved a spot for my wife and I for mothers day about 2 weeks in advance for their Mother's Day Brunch Buffet for $70/per person for 10:45am. When we arrived, mentioned we had a reservation for the brunch we were seated quickly. We advised the waitress we had the brunch when she asked if we wanted menus after taking our drink order. She advised the buffet was behind her, in what looked like a conference room that was split in half for the buffet. We wondered over to the tables of food, all lunch items. There was a room temp table of baked clams, two camping stove stations and what looked like a prime rib station they were setting up. On the other tables were lunch sides, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and more. A "desert station" was setup also, a few cakes and some cookies spread out.
I get this is a hotel, but for $70/per person and to get cold lunch food at 10:45am?! I mentioned to the waitress that this seemed high and the food was for lunch but it was only 10:45. She mentioned that breakfast ended at 10 and between 10-11 they get ready for lunch. This was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation, the communication from them, the hostess nor the waitress when we were seated.
There two two managers working but cold food. There were great staff there waiting on customers, but it was pretty empty. The place inside actually felt great and the patio, bar and pool all looked really nice. This just seems like it's being executed very poorly and I hope they...
