Spencer's — Local services in Oklahoma City

I won't let the great products they have get in the way of my business there. HOWEVER: the greasy long haired lady in slides that looked like she just woke up and came in to work today was VERY RUDE. I stood there for over 10 minutes while there was no one there but me and two workers. I finally cleared my throat to get their attention, when Greasy thing and the other girl said I should have gotten their attention if I needed anything. Greasy thought she was whispering I guess because when the other girl finally helped me, Greasy replies, "We're not servers." You're in the service industry by definition, goofy. Anyway, I'm leaving this review to let her know that she might need to check her attitude before coming in to work, and perhaps bathe, at least wash your hair. Come to think of it, Hot Topic is just a few stores down. I went in there first and they didn't have what I needed, but the workers greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help the minute I walked in. Worst customer service ever. Cannot reach a human being or feasibly inquire about product availability.

*EDIT TO ADD : THANKS, but driving down a busy highway surfing the internet on a cell phone is not only illegal but beyond stupid. Maybe if you would just allow customer service personnel to actually provide customers the service they need, ESPECIALLY at Christmas, by having them available via telephone to answer simple questions this all could have been avoided. Please keep on mind that not all of your customers are tweenage computer savvy tech nerds who know every skew number to every anime product on your shelves. some of us are in our golden years trying to buy gifts fir the afore mentioned generations. I was here with my daughter who was spending her birthday money and some rude black lady stood right in front of us on a ladder and wouldn't move when I said excuse me. I grabbed two shirts, one white and one black so my daughter could see them. She folded them (not the stores way) and put them back. The lady then said with her attitude that this was a lot of work so she needs to just tell her which shirts she would like to look at. She was rude from the beginning and obviously doesn't know what " work " consists of. I would love to tell my patients they need to watch what they do or something related so I don't have to do my job either in the emergency room. Horrible, rude, and lazy workers!!! I hope everybody going in for the holidays makes her work...
