Sutherlands they have a garden club I joined and was given a $5 off $25 purchase when it was end of traction I asked the gal did you get coupon she said yes. Then I'm in car looking at my receipt and it wasn't taken off so I go back in and the gal is all flustered then decided I couldn't use the coupon on my purchase because I bought a plant that was on sale and can't combine offers. If that's the case why did she tell me there first time she took it off then when I go back and confront her I get some bogus story about a plant that was on sale for $2.49 instead of $2.99. I mean really. So I'm waiting while she's acting as if I'm the problem. Never got my $5 off and didn't get my coupon back either. So Thanks for NOTHING SUTHERLANDS!! TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH! Whatever happened to customer service it just doesn't exist anymore it's basically who's gimmick is the best that day is where you go to learn you're really not getting anything most the time! Just truly irritated and don't pass out coupons if you're not going to honor them or act like you are and then hope the customer doesn't notice! Rediculous...

Was at Sutherland's for the 1/2 price sale last weekend . These were not straggly half-dead plants. Looked like they came right off the delivery truck.
