Goodcents — Restaurant in Olathe

This place had terrible service when I was there 2 days ago...there was a girl complaining to customers about everyone giving her an attitude and also complaining to customers about the owner of the store! My fiancé waited for what seemed like forever for his sandwich to be made because this girl was doing nothing but complaining! Then she gave an attitude to the male manager there and was speaking to him in a disrespectful manner and a few minutes after that she decided to throw a little tantrum and bang stuff around in the kitchen...I finally had enough of her childish behavior so I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager and believe it or not this same attitude giving complaining about everything girl comes out and asks how she can help me!!! Are you serious??!! She has no right being a manager if she’s gonna act like that! I’m calling to speak to the owner as well but I wanted to get this out there. She was very rude! I believe her...

Normally love goodcents but this trip was not as great. The cookies are flat and dried out like a crisp. I asked some questions about getting something vegan for a friend and immediately got attitude which I wasn’t expecting working in the restaurant industry all of my adult life. But then I suggested a salad since she has no allergies and they reluctantly said they would make a salad. Not much volume to it and they charged me for an 8 inch which I thought was weird. With everything going on in the world right now and businesses struggling to just stay open I would think people would be happy to be back at work and have jobs.... I know I am.... Maybe next time it will be more inviting or I’ll go to the one on ridgeview. Still have had more good experiences than bad...

Going for a single sandwich order, every employee is acting like doing the job they are paid to do is annoying to them. I’ve worked in food service. Sometimes it’s a drag, but to show genuine frustration over a single order sandwich with 6 things on it is just sad. On top of it this Mr. Goodcents gives you much less toppings, meat and cheese then any other Mr. Goodcents in the area. Sad because he his is the closest mr. Goodcents to my house and I eat Mr.goodcents on a regular. But I won’t be taking my business back to this place. It’s not hard to serve someone without acting pissed off, and to short your customers with bland sandwiches to save a buck...
