East Lake Woodlands — Local services in Oldsmar

Living here is nice. It’s quiet and not much to complain about. Living here, near the secondary entrance gates, and being able to enjoy the easy access to and from my place to McMullen or to Tampa rd, takes less than a minute which is great for saving time. I’ve been here for three years leasing from a realtor, works for me, but I want to buy this spot. Once an owner knows he’s good with guaranteed money coming each month, he won’t sell at all. It needs a ton of remodeling and they won’t work on it as the owner has the final say too. Just sell it “guy”!!! Great community and quiet. The access road from one side to the other is great to take a walk or ride your bike for some exercise....

SMALL parking lot...great to have a mini-Walmart store too bad need a bigger lot. Walgreens and Fire House Subs...and..some really nice mom and pop stores. Check em out 👍 Update: unfortunately the stores I have referenced above have brought DISGUSTING CROWS to our community! They come every day to feed on the open garbage dumpsters behind the businesses. They don't have employees or employees don't care about living in a decent area and don't know how to take care of it. Also FDA, STATE HEALTH will be receiving a lot of pictures and business names to start investigating their poor disposal practices. Maybe we can get our beautiful birds back instead of these unsanitary,...

My trip to East Lake cafe was enjoyable, staff was knowledgeable about menu options menu was clear and easy to read my food was quickly delivered to the table we were served breakfast at the time and our coffee cups were always refilled as noticed by the server when they were getting low or asked if we needed a warm up plenty of menu options on the menu not too vast mean you were it would be confusing also the place is not too hard to find it is right off of McMullen Booth Road and Tampa Road in the Boot Ranch Shopping Center across from Target next to the Walmart grocery bottom-line Oldsmar County but still considered Palm Harbor to some but it's East...
