DO NOT GO THERE - I will never go back - it used to be my “to go Nail Salon” just 3 min from my house. Even though I had to ALWAYS “remember and ask” ALL NAIL TECHS - Can you please remove ALL the dead skin/extra ugly skin/cuticles from my nail???? CAN YOU PLEASE PAINT THE WHOLE NAIL - no GAP BETWEEN CUTICLE AND THE NAIL SO IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE I HAD A MANICURE 1 week AGO?!?! I just do not understand why I need to “teach them/tell them how to do their job because the above is common sense / if we are paying for a service it’s because it’s supposed to be done by a professional 🧐————— But anyways Today WAS MY LAST DAY——Because the nail tech gave me an attitude( the atmosphere got heavy ) after I asked her to clean the extra nail polish around my toenails!!!! She told be that I paid for “regular pedicure” and she’s been working on my toes for almost 40 minutes already 🧐. Can you believe that? The difference between the type of pedicure like regular, deluxe and more is about scrubbing/spa/ massage - CLEANING THE EXTRA POLISH ON MY SKIN IS A MUST / common sense/ IT SHOULD NOT BE SOMETHING THAT I NEED TO ASK FOR !!! IT’s SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF ANY SERICE REGARDING NAILS!!!!!YES - I asked for callus removal and I told I had ingrown nails - if you want to charge me extra for that - I DO NOT CARE - I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR THAT - charge your price. BUT DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR A PEDICURE THAT I’M GONNA HAVE TO GO HOME AND FINISH CLEANING the EXTRA NAIL POLISH AROUND MY NAILS BECAUSE THAT’s YOUR JOB!!! I need to look for a Latino Nail Salon like Brazilian or Cuban. I used to live In Miami and I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THAT. I could...

I have been here twice. Here's the reason why I'm not giving a 5 star rating.

The first time I only had a Pedicure with Cayden, she did a great job, I had gel from OPI done and it lasted more than a month, but this is expected with Pedicures.

I went back recently and requested Cayden again, this time I did a mani and pedi, she did a great job but she is so fast with curing the nails that my mani only lasted a week. When she was done, she did have to drill some at the nail bed, maybe cause she saw the coating was very thick.They all started lifting at the nail bed. The mani was beautiful, and as always she's very detailed, my only suggestion is, DON'T RUSH take your time and cure the gel, (the customer knows this takes time, I was in no rush) because honestly I payed $96 and I just want my nails to last at least 2 weeks. If you do this your customer will keep coming back to you, this is one of the things that keeps away from doing my nails and I do take care of my nails, I don't do dishes with them and I put cuticle oil. It's a shame because I really want to go back but I hate spending so much money and only getting a week out of my nails. It's really frustrating, in general, this nothing personal, again I think Cayden is great, shes very nice and detailed oriented, everyone is very nice and professional. I'm sure I'll be back in the future but I hope they read the reviews and put in practice the customer's...

Last week I came in to this salon, looking to get a fill. I also had a couple of nails that needed to be repaired. While i was there the technician talked me in to getting a whole new set... "it look nicer"... so i did, fine. As shes taking off the remaining nails i still have, she gets to my middle finger on my left hand and rips MY ACTUAL NAIL causing my nail to bleed and me almost passing out from the pain. I had the tech stop what she was doing and get me water before i went unconscious. I sat there for 5-10 minutes and pulled myself back together. I then let her finish doing my nails, but i would not let her touch the nail she just butchered. Long story short, she finishes my nails..minus one. OH WAIT! DID I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WRECK I JUST ENDURED? YES, YES I DID.

A week later, my right pointer finger nail is extremely sore, hurts to the touch and my finger is swollen that i can barely bend it. I work for an hour trying to get the nail off. I finally get the nail off and what do i find? A FUNGUS GROWING UNDER MY NAIL!! This fungus was not there when she put the new set of nails on a week ago.
