Walked in on a Monday morning with 3 customers in the space and 1 girl working. My husband and I loved the environment and the menu looked perfect. We waited 30 min to have our order taken; we were the only ones in line. The girl helping us was very sweet, but she was struggling, because she was alone and not set up for success. She seemed to be out of a lot of items/water machine for coffee was broken, so we waited, because she had such a good attitude about everything. We ordered a protein smoothie, cold brew, açaí bowel, strawberry/Nutella toast, and two of the pastry items. Our total was a little less than $50 before tip, which is totally fine. However, after we paid, we found out that they were out of cold brew, and out of greek yogurt (base of the smoothie). It was just a bit disappointing. Greek yogurt is the base of a lot of smoothies, and we had been waiting for 45 min at this point. I felt bad for the girl working, because she did everything she could with a smile on her face, but she needed some back up in there and she needed to be set up a bit more for success. I also run a business, and know things happen, but if you’re out of cold brew/Greek yorgurt… have a sign or something up on the menu for the customers… and the workers, so a customer doesn’t spend $10 on a smoothie that has no base, or order a drink that’s unavailable. Overall, I wouldn’t go back, but 5 stars for the attitude of the girl working! She...
Read moreWalked in decided to try this new place, wish i hadnt. Ordered a "build your own" bowl with acai, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, chocolate nibs and almonds butter, total came to 13.88. After they took my order the cashier Zhara verbally muttered "no tip" in disgust as if its my fault she doesnt get paid a livable wage at an overpriced health fad place, but hey I'd have an attitude too if that was my job so you do you. She then proceeds to forget my blueberries, not to mention the chocolate nibs are a blatant lie its just a random assortment of chocolate chips. Portions are absolutely garbage for the price as well, you get the thinnest layer of whatever base you pick stacked the rest of the way with toppings, i will comend them on giving a good ammount of almond butter most places are hella cheap in that regard, plus the decore was chill but that doesnt really makeup for being otherwise trash. Regardless, still an insane waste of money, just walk to publix next door and get the ingredients to make 10 of these bowls for the price of one of them here or get...
Read moreI stopped in two days in a row for a smoothie 4/12 and 4/13.. First day I got the green dream, staff very welcoming this day. Second day blueberry fields. First I love the flavors of both smoothies, the flavors were perfect - that is why i gave 4 stars.. I just wish it was colder and mixed with more ice to make it thicker. It was more like a drinkable smoothie, which some may like. I mixed the green dream when I got home and mixed with some ice in my blender. The day I got the blueberry fields --- I watched them make the smoothie. They poured regular milk (from a plastic gallon) in w. the fruit --then they realized it should be oat milk. I watched them pour it out and use same fruit. Thankfully, i dont have a dairy intolerance or allergy.. I live close by and was excited to try as it is within walking distance to where I live. I will continue to try other items on the menu but as of now not so sure if I will be a daily customer (or close to daily) as I had originally hoped to be. Will update my review should my thoughts on this...
