Two words best describe this location" the staff " ! I truly felt even though this was not my home Publix location. When I walked inside the greeting I got made my day! When I walked in wearing my security uniform along with a lady that walked in right after me the following was the greeting we received " thank you very much for coming to Boot Ranch Publix location we greatly appreciate you choosing the shop here when you could choose anywhere perhaps even a place more affordable than us and that says a lot about you and your integrity, and we truly do honor our customers who would choose to come here even if we are not the most affordable for what they're looking for again a wholehearted thank you from Boot Ranch Publix " . I cannot describe to you in words that would do that compliment Justice!! I truly wish I could remember the employee's name but unfortunately her name tag it either had an ink smudge or something that accidentally rubbed on it and was not aware that it was on the name tag. It has been over 15 years since I received a compliment of that magnitude which did remind me of when I delivered pizzas and how I complimented my customers! So often when we go shopping at places as customers we tend to forget that the employee we are communicating with could have been ourselves at that person's age. And I am a firm believer that no matter how bad the service may be. It does not give anyone the right to belittle or speak rude to or use foul language when voicing your opinion because of the poor treatment you received! I may be only 45 but I grew up with parents that taught me the true honest meaning of the following phrase " treat others exactly the way you want to be treated and spoken to yourself " so when you decide to speak rudely and use foul language towards another person. You are in fact giving that individual the permission to speak to you in that same way but you don't have the right to get angry in return! So I encourage everyone no matter how bad of a service treatment you may get to speak positively and respectfully and not only will you get a positive result you will also be remembered in a good way and the next time you have an issue it'll be resolved even better than the time before. I appreciate everyone who works a job similar to what I have done thank you very much to all of you you work hard and you make people like me very happy to be your customer! Modern, convenient shopping facilities! Large parking area with plenty of parking availability. Shopping center is anchored with a large Publix and recently renovated Target. Additional shopping includes a CVS drug store, jewelry store and much more. The UPS Store here is the nicest, friendliest in the area! There are also several dining options including Five Guy's, Subway and Wendy's. Shopping center is very convenient to Oldsmar and Palm Harbor. Easy access to both East Lake Rd and Tampa Rd. Love me some Target!!! This particular Target is usually well stocked and clean. The cashiers are friendly. I have never had a bad experience and I've been a shopper there for 6 years. Workers on the floor are also helpful and don't mind actually walking with you to find what you're looking for. Several times I actually had long conversations with the workers in the beauty section. It's hard to think of something that you can't find at Target. I also place pick-up orders and the staff is always courteous and professional. Love the self-checkouts they put in awhile back.
