This might be my second review on the same place as I thought I uploaded it, but I havenāt had my lashes done in a year and a half and I wanted to get them done again and I did some research on a couple places and this is the first franchise that Iāve gone to. It was really easy to book online. I chose this place because of pricing location and the fact that they have more available times in the evening and theyāre open Saturday and Sunday I would like to say that Sharon did my lashes and was incredibly gentle very helpful in choosing a style for me, listening to my concerns, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process I did do the true express which is only an hour and they came out beautifully. I like that they have partitions up so youāre not out in the open with other people And the table that you are lying in is actually curved for your back which makes it very comfortable and they have cute little blankets for you to relax in. However she left a few months back and after she left no one was able to do my lash and have them last as long as she could. I went in 2 times after Maddy left and my lashes didn't even last a week.
In addition, on July 16th I cancelled my membership the proper way. Expressed that I understood it was after my charge date and they would require 1 more month charge (which I knew I signed it and the girls explained that to me when I signed up). I received and email from the membership department underlining the final charge date and when my credits would be expired. They have still been charging me my membership fee on my card.
I was initially thinking that this company wasn't like the rest that just want to take your money and hope that you just forget about it once you've cancelled or delete the email so there is no trail or proof, but they are no different from any other franchise. Everyone has bent over backwards to make the experience positive. The problem I had is when I signed up for the membership and after a few months decided to cancel it. They require a 30 day notice, which is fine. My final charge was on 4/11 which should have been for 2 fills, 2 weeks apart. I used one and tried to schedule the 2nd one. I was told there would be a charge of $40 for the 2nd one because I wasn't a member any longer. I didn't have a choice, I was forced to pay that last payment, therefore, I should have still been a member for that last month. I received a text from someone named Mona telling me it's time to schedule my appointment. I responded with a question, no answer from her. So I'm looking at $40 plus a generous tip, they can keep the rest of my membership fee that they made me pay in April. BEWARE if you want to cancel your membership.
