Firehouse Subs East Lake — Restaurant in Florida

First of all I love Firehouse Subs it's my favorite sub place... This is the worst location out of all of them. First of all the cashier is having a bad day the manager should send her home. It was torture trying to order a sub from her today. It is July 18th. This is the loudest location I have been in and she is Whispering and she is not smiling. I was by myself and she took my order so fast and was rushing me through the whole thing. It was uncomfortable. A big problem is that you have to walk through cigarette smoke to get inside this restaurant. the parking is atrocious because there are other businesses here and there are no open parking spots in the middle of the day. The floor is dirty. The design is terrible... they put the soda machine right by the front door in line with the register... if you get a drink you are in everyone's way coming into the restaurant and you are also in the way of people ordering a sub if there's any kind of line. Put the soda machine on the opposite side of the restaurant. The last straw for me was that they have the lowest assortment of hot sauces. All the other Firehouse Subs have a larger assortment. Any other Firehouse Subs is better than this one. it's difficult to enjoy a delicious steamer after getting a face full of cigarette smoke at the entrance and tripping over people at the soda...

I’m not trying to exaggerate, but I have never but never had a sub as good as this one! When I first walked-in i was disappointed that they didn’t offer fries with the meal. But guess what?! You don’t need fries! You don’t need anything else other than the sub! Because it is ridiculous delicious!!!! As I was walking out I had a thought, the guys in the kitchen are not just regular employees that learned in 2 hrs how to flip a burger and got them selves a job. Those people back there are real chef! So for everyone, “Firehouse” is the real deal! Trust me, go there take your family members, friends and I guarantee you will have a awesome time and meal! Today, I went to firehouse subs looking for a delicious drink to enjoy on a hot day. I got a sub from Publix and my friends wanted something from Firehouse. I order a drink at Firehouse, and sit down. I pull out my sub, and the old white long bearded guy told me how crazy it was that I ate a competitors sandwich in the store. They said it would be fine to bring food from another store but not a direct competitor. By definition, any other store around would take away business so he is by definition hypocritical and illogical. I am 14 and was kicked out of the store.
