Friend of mines daughter went in today to purchase a rain jacket (that she called about yesterday and the owner said they had instock. She got there this morning to purchase ...the girl working went and got the jacket (a 2x on the hanger) she didnt question it as the employee went and got the size that she had requested and called about. Upon getting home to gift the item it was the wrong size. Called immediately to tell what happened and right away yoh can exchange or get a store credit.... no problem right??? Well ok she said ill just come get the 2x then... guess what there isnt one there never was! It was hung on the incorrect hanger and the owner obviously didnt check nor did employee. Thats not the problem the problem is YOU made the mistake so therefore own up to it..... The mom ended up calling and same thing store credit or exchange..... she asked for a facebook page or instagram page and left a?review ...minutes later they call back stating oh it was a misunderstanding yeah ok.... She drove back up there to get the refund and the owner says.... it smells like smoke she replied There is NO WAY i DO not smoke!! She says hmmm just must be in my nose ha what a joke!!!! Worst customer service EVER .......

Will NEVER step foot back in the store. Tried to make a return Christmas well… they were closed til 1-4-22!! They close for the day at 5!! I work late hours for a surgeon. Today, they tell me we stopped taking returns from Christmas on 1-10-22 Really!! Your gonna give someone 6 days to make a return when you close at 5 your werent even open until the 4th so they gave me 1 day to get here to make my return. Dont worry will never be back to even have to...
