I used this florist to purchase a casket cover of roses. In Olive Branch Florist books, this was the only one made with some of the roses designed to hang down in the front and most exspensive. I asked Carol, the lady that was helping us would it be actually made with some roses hanging down, she said, yes. Carol was super nice. Olive Branch Florist delivered the flowers to the Church. When I arrived the I noticed none of the roses were designed to hang down in the front. It was designed like the regular casket covers that my daughter could have paid lesser money for. So I tried to forget it because I have been grieving. Well, this morning when I woke up, it was the first thing on my mind. So I called and asked to the owner Dee Dee. When she got on the phone and I explained my situation she had to put me hold, find my ticket and pretend she was trying to do something helpful. We purchased her largest rose casket cover in her books $350 plus taxes and the only bleeding heart in her books and it was $200 plus taxes. I knew when purchasing the Bleeding Heart it, it was medioca and small but there was no other choices. Well the owner Dee Dee came back on the phone and made a lame excuse, if I notified them then, they could have done something to fix it. My question was how when the delivery person had delivered the flowers and gone, her florist was 60 miles away and the family and guest were arriving THEN and we were leaving the viewing going immediately to the cemetery for graveside services? Dee Dee did absolutely nothing but make excuses and I told her that. How is it too to compensate us some kind of way. All she said was " I am sorry you feel that way." She is not sorry. I was in her florist 3 times looking in her books, I observed her employees have to ask her everything. She is a micro manager. I am sure she observes every single flower made in her shop, I observed her management style. But she is the type of owner that gets your money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction.    Read moreI am originally from Olive Branch but have been gone for 15 years now. I usually order my grandmother flowers about once a year. I have ordered from Olive Branch florist in the past and never really experienced a problem. This year when I ordered. again I decided to go with something that I am familar with so I gave them a call. I explained what I wanted (a nice fresh bouquet). When I saw what was sent I was royally disappointed. I immediately called to express my disappoinment. I sent a picture and explained that I thought that the bouquet would be slightly more full. The lady on the other end explained to me that although I did receive $40 worth of flowers everyone there could look at the picture and undrstood my complaint. I was told that they would redo the arrangement but was asked to call back on Monday because it was 4:00 and they were headed home for the day. I called back on Monday and get the order done . Judy was her name. I explained the situation from Saturday and explained that I was told that they would REDO the order. Jujdy was extremely rude and told me that her husband had delivered the flowers himself. She stated that my grandmother had told her husband that the arrangement wasn't what she was used to getting. She told me that she would not redo my order because my grandmother was happy with the set (Of course she would be happy - She's 86 receiving flowers from her grandaughter!!!!!!) I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her about the ordeal. SOOOOOO to make a long story short. Please don't order becaues not only did they do a bad job on the flower arrangement the service was very rude afterward. I was told conflicting information that led to nothing but a headace.    Read moreOlive Branch Florist REALLY OUT DID THEMSELVES with this delivery!!!! Iâm from North Carolina and wanted to send my daughterâs Grandmother an appreciation plant. I searched the web for a florist near Byhalia, MS and OBF was one of my options included in the search. Their reviews came with high recommendations, so I gave them a try and order a Peace Lily (which was her favorite plant). OBF Immediately called me after I placed my order and told me that they did not have a peace Lily available and offered me another kind that favor the Peace Lily. Once I told her the young lady on the phone that I really wanted that particular plant, she reassured me that she would find me one even with the delivery being for the next day. Sure enough the next day I received a call from my daughterâs Grandmother, she said, âIt was the MOST BEAUTIFUL PLANT sheâs ever seen and she already has two of them in her home.
