DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Omaha

I have the highest level available at DXl, It comes from years of $1000 plus purchases ,sometimes several times a week, sometimes once a month. After November of last year and the stop in the DXl coupons and big bucks, for several months, I stopped shopping at DXL so much. I was loyal for years estimated $120,000 plus a year in purchases from outdoor wear to suit sets. Today I shopped at this location, I feel as though after this visit my loyalty to this company has come to an end, as the last year they have more than shown my business does not mean a thing to them. I was followed around the store , critiqued on my possibly purchases when a opinion was not asked. Then when it came to the coupons and time to pay, I felt as though this was a shady deal going south with a loan shark as the conversation went like this, "oh that is saving 5$ that doesn't count for your 40 off of 100, oh you can't get 2 of those shirts you save 6$ already. So going to save 40 off of a hundred has you gimmicked into spending 200 plus dollars. I will no longer be shopping with this company, and if you don't want to feel like your shopping from a grifter at a gas station trying to pull every dollar from you they you have I suggest you as well move to another company who will maintain honesty in their deals and be up front and translucent with their tactics. I will go to king size, jc penny , and several other companies as this company has done nothing in the last year to continue to get my 1000 plus...

Normally, I would say that my experience with the store is very pleasant. Unfortunately, today I called and was hung up on twice and then finally when I got the person to not just say hello and hang up I confirmed that I was calling DXL and then Had to ask numerous times if they had a simple red three XLT sweatpants Angela was obviously with another customer Because while I was talking and explaining what I was looking for, she was talking to the customer in the store. I wish that she would have asked me to wait just a moment while she finished up the other person or excusing themselves from the in-store customer while they answered a simple phone call with a...

Good store to visit and shop. I am not giving the bad stars for the staff. I'm giving them for the over priced clothes that are sold here. Its actually because of this company that made me write reviews and now working on blogging. Ppl need to know what companies are doing amd fight back. They charge full figured men and women way to much for cloths and they do it because we as a larger person dont have many places to choose from. I say we crunch down on shopping at this company and show them that we are the only reason they are making MONEY....so stop ripping us...
