This was my go to location on a regular basis (2x a month) until today. I have never been treated so horribly.

If I am actively trying something on and leave to get a different size do not move all of my stuff out of the room and tell me to wait. No I am not 19 and a size 2 but that does not mean I cannot and have not bought clothes from this store.

The sales associates quickly realized how upset I was and tried to soothe it over with small talk but I was so angry. I was stranded. I just wanted to leave.

I asked for the District Managers number and they refused to give it to me. I asked for the corporate office number and they refused. I think they knew they messed up and wanted to avoid getting in trouble. I told the store manager I would call the number on their website. She told me in a snide tone, you do that. I left and called immediately. What kind of service is this?

I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely...

i usually don’t review places because i feel bad but today i had the worst experience, my friend and i decided to go into this store because i’ve always really liked their jewelry, we were browsing around and one employee kept following us the whole time as if we were going to steal something. i was really uncomfortable and the employee asked if she could take my friends items to the front, which i would normally view as super nice and helpful but my friend only had two things in her hands. they kept following us and it was hurtful so we decided to just check...
