This is a Mexican Bodega / Corner Store.
PROS: They have a decent variety of Latino products; NOT just Mexican, but others as well - they offer frozen items, shelf items, chips/bag snacks, warm sodas & drinks, cold sodas & drinks - nothing fresh such as fruits & veggies, and no alcoholic beverages. They offer money transactions to various countries, and I believe phone calling cards for various countries add well. The staff is always pleasant. My wife is Colombian, and this is the only place within 80 miles of our home that we can buy Arepas (one of a Colombian's staple foods that's akin to tortillas for Mexicans). I'm fairly sure the have a small amount of home care, laundry, and bathroom products albeit limited.
CONS: They do not accept EBT/SNAP They do not accept WIC Prices are sightly above average for sure, but considering it's a family owned store and not a huge chain, that's to be expected. Based on the selection of food products/ items they carry that I'm unable to find anywhere else in Omaha nor around Omaha, paying a bit more for these products isn't a huge deal for me, but it's still worth mentioning.
My point is: READ ALL THE REVIEWS before making a decision yourself. Weighing what little cons there are against the pros, it's worth patronizing...
