TCBY — Local services in Omaha

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at TCBY. My wife and I brought our daughter and son in for yogurt on Mother’s Day and the young lady helping my wife really didn’t care about helping her. She took the order for myself and my daughter and then proceeded to help someone else at the register instead of finishing our order. Then when it came time to pay the same young lady acted like she never even helped her. So a young gentlemen finished the order. The young lady charged us for our yogurt unknown to us that mothers received free yogurt bc of mother’s day. And that’s not even the best part. As we sat by the counter with our children enjoying our yogurt, the same young ladies two friends (male and female) come up to “pay” for theirs and she said you are taking these home for you mother and gave them theirs for free. I asked to talk to a manager and I guess there isn’t one that works at this location bc no one knew who it was. What a sad world we live in where kids want to make money but don’t want to work for it and really don’t care about customer service or the job...

Despite my experience - best frozen yogurt you will EVER have !!

I received muliple advertisements to come in for BOGO froyo for the “National Froyo Day.” When I checked out they did not honor the discount so I went back to ask if there was a reason they didn’t honor their advertised discount. Turns out they were instructed by management to ONLY offer the discount IF the customer brings it up. So you send me multiple ads on my phone & have a large sign up in the window, and STILL I am supposed to bring it up at the register? Should I climb behind the counter & ring it up myself as well ? It was very underhanded & bad business practice. If that’s the type of business you would like to run, I can no longer recommend your location. The workers were very friendly & accommodating, apparently management is the issue. Encouraging kids to be underhanded doesn’t set a good example. So much for Nebraska nice

I am only giving this business 2 stars because we have the same experience every time we go in, and we have been coming here for about 15 years. The staff are friendly, the yogurt is great, but the teenagers that are usually left to run the place do not seem to be trained on cleaning. The tables usually have crumbs and dried ice cream all over, the floor is in about the same condition, it's somewhat disgusting.

On 9-3-25 my daughter and I came in during the evening and it appeared there were three teenagers working, all were in the back room hanging out until they would hear the front door open. There were no cars in the drive through. Meanwhile, the tables were filthy, the new tile floor was filthy. Heck, the front counter looked like someone had spilled something and wiped it up with a dirty rag and let it dry. If the staff could be trained to clean the tables maybe twice an hour, and maybe spot mop the spills on the floor once an hour, and occasionally hit the trash can with a rag (yep, grossness here too), I think the experience would be...
