Atrocious bathrooms. We needed to change our infants diaper and I was appalled by the bathroom. First, why aren’t there changing tables in the men’s restroom? Secondly, the state of the women’s restroom and changing table was unacceptable. Sure, public restrooms aren’t always ideal, but I’ve been to gas station restrooms that were cleaner than this one. I’ve uploaded a couple of photos but didn’t get a chance to snap a photo of the changing table or other stall since my child was inconsolable at the time. I don’t mean to call out the one person who initialed the bathroom log, clearly this restroom has been disgusting for months which was obvious to see due to the buildup of scum on the sinks, the accumulation of crap particles on the toilets, and the filth on the floor. Does anyone even bother to clean this bathroom? I mean, besides adding more toilet paper and paper towels every now and again what else is done? It reeked the second I walked in and felt awful about having to change my child on such a disgusting surface. I had to grab wet paper towels and wipe down the baby changing table since there was a buildup of grime (to put it nicely) on it. I don’t think that expecting clean restrooms is too much to ask for. Unfortunately, it was so cold this weekend (-20°) that we couldn’t change our child in the back of our SUV, using this gross restroom was our one option. Careful of posted sales signs and check the dates of sales. I was there am hour before closing and posted sales signs stated "All stung beads 50% off" I added reversal to my basket only because of posted signs, was not intending to get any on this visit. But when checking out I noticed sale price was not coming up. The sales clerk said it does at the end but at the end it did NOT reduce. When I again stated the strung beads items were not reduced, the clerk said "Oh those are going on sale tomorrow, we just put the sales signs up". Not a good practice unless you are going to give the sales price when signs are posted.

I was'given an option only to void entire purchase and start over without the strung beads and return the next day to purchase.

I don’t understand why they want to make customers jump through hoops to use their “coupons”. I went to buy something because I got an email with a 30% off coupon. I admit- my mistake for not reading the fine print, but apparently it was “online only”. I was going to buy the item either way because I needed it but I changed my mind when the person overseeing the self checkout immediately asked “do you want me to take that back for you?” & almost snatched it out of my hands! She assumed I was going to be too cheap to buy it without the coupon lol I went and bought that same thing at HL which I got a better deal anyway bc it was 40% off there.
