Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Omaha

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your drive-through. I ordered a side of ranch, but it was missing from my order. When I asked for it at the window, I was given a very small portion, much smaller than what I usually receive for 50 cents. When I questioned this, the employee rudely replied, "not my decision," and shut the window, not allowing any further discussion.

Frustrated, I went inside to address the issue. The same employee greeted me, and when I asked for someone else, she claimed there was no one else available. I explained that I frequently visit this location and always receive a larger side of ranch. She dismissively said I didn't ask for the larger side.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect consistency and respect as a regular customer. Jennifer clearly doesn't have an ounce of customer service in her and I would be gravely disappointed to see her...

My husband picked up dinner from this location on his way home tonight and didn't check the bag before leaving. When I was taking everything out of the bag I found he didn't get the nacho cheese sauce or the ranch he paid for. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it weren't for the fact that this happens regularly at this location. It is actually more rare to find everything correct. The last time I drove through I actwatched through the drive thru window and saw the young man put everything except the ranch and nacho cheese sauce in the bag. When he handed me the bag I specifically asked if they were in the bag and he assured me they were. I pulled over and found they were not. I had to go in to get them because the line in the drive thru was long. Here and there I can handle, but pretty much every time now they leave...

First time going to this amigos tonight. I'd always had a high opinion of amigos and still do after visiting this place. One doesn't really have too high of hopes for fast food Mexican, but this place is legit good. Inexpensive too. Their 4 for 4 bucks was perfect amount of food, came with a drink, and priced super reasonable! We went about 9, food was fresh and it was clean in there. Good to know there's a fast food Mexican place nearby I can go to later at night that's not only not awful but actually really good (don't get me started on taco Bell on Maple... Ugh!). And they had shakes too. I didn't get one tonight but may another night! And they have winchells donuts.... Taco and donuts at night.... What more could a...
