I don't know what exactly happen this time and I tried to just leave as if this meal didn't happen but its the worse experience I've EVER had here. I literally drove all the way up here to get a salad which is my usual and it was terrible. I almost feel like the service was bad on purpose. My chicken was definitely cold and old on my salad the avocado seemed hard and inedible. My cheese sticks had hair in it and I told them about it and they asked if I wanted it replaced I said no its fine but they insisted so I said sure they literally brought one remade cheesestick back to the table. The fries was old even the second set just as old as the first trust i took pictures. The atmosphere was just dark and off. I absolutely love Red Robin I worked here in Greyhawk when I was a teenager and has always ate here through the years non stop this is literally my first time having this terrible experience then to be charged 70 dollars just for these 2 meals and appetizers and 2 drinks for a meal that wasn't worth it. I literally know people selling dinners out their own homes that is top notch for less money so imagine how robbed I feel and this was me and my husband's anniversary. This dinner bummed us out so bad we just went straight home we was supposed to go to the casino and haunted house after. Read moreMy husband took our family out to eat for lunch which is a rare treat for the 3 of us. The restaurant had very dirty floors that werent swept the whole hour we were there. After we waited to be seated we ordered right away since we all knew what we wanted. We didn't order anything fancy just basic meals. All three of our meals came out at separate times so we weren't able to eat together as a family. My daughters soft drink didnt have any of the syrup in it so we found another server and she told us they had been out of that drink for awhile and that she could have something else to drink. My husband's food came out last and his sweet potatoe fries were very cold and stale, as well as his burger that was served on a soggy bun. We waited for the server to check on us for a very long time and told him about my husband's food. My husband asked to just take his off the ticket and the server said he would. Instead he took off my meal so we had to go to the bartender and ask for a manager otherwise we would have had to wait forever for the server to come out of hiding. The manager was very young and not wearing a collared shirt, he fixed the ticket and left. Ive worked in a restaurant as a manager for several years and normally you apologize, explain, or compensate but he left without saying anything. Read moreFilthy and very slow food service. We (two of us) arrived at 11:05am and were seated in a booth in the bar area. Before being seated I noticed a few crumbs on the table. Not the end of the world. The hostes placed the silverware on the table and left. Before sitting down I looked at the booth seat to find more crumbs and sesame seeds all over the seat. I looked at other booths near our spot and found them to not be in much better condition. With that I wiped down our table and seats. How can management allow a restaurant to open in such condition? A simple walk through prior to opening would have easily found a cleanliness issue. Our waiter, who was also tending the bar, was very attentive and did a great job. Unfortunatly he had to apologize for the extremely slow service from the kitchen as it took 35 minutes for our two burgers to come out. The burgers were good but after 35 minutes of waiting after ordering and no more than 10 customers in the restaurant, the meal should have been exceptional. Expecially considering the high number or associates b.s.ing in the bar that maybe should have been cleaning. I would have given one star but our waiter was very good and I still tipped him 20% as he was not the reason for the filth and poor service out of the kitchen.
