I been working with the Onley branch of rent a center for years and Iv come to know the people that work there pretty good. The employees that are there are always very supportive and friendly. And they help you in any way possible. The ladies that run the front desk and the manager are the most friendly and educated people I have worked with in a rent to own store. They do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. And they work with me whenever I need help with something. And they are very flexible with payments. There’s been a couple times when I couldn’t make my payment for the month in the past. And they didn’t harass me or anything. And they let me keep the product for the month. And they would allow me just to do a double payment the following month. Sometimes I would have a tiny late fee and sometimes they would waive it. Flexibility with payment means ALOT to me since I’m on disability. My income is very limited. And I can’t afford a lot of things. But I have paid off multiple high priced things with them over the years because they have always been willing to work with me whenever I need it. They have always been reasonable and fair. And whenever I see something I want from them they give me great deals to get the items as soon as possible. And if I need help moving the heavier items around they come to my house and help me do so. Iv paid off a washer and dryer. 3 large 65-75” flat screens. A desktop computer 2-3 bed frames and a glass top stove. And iv bought a system or two as well. And I think I bought a recliner from them at one point. Iv probly put in about 10,000$ worth of payments on products at the least. And Iv had numerous temporary items that I got for a month just to try then gave back and they were always respectful when I bought it back. And I currently have a Xbox one series x with them. And will be paying that off on July 1 even tho Iv had it less than a month. Because they gave me a great deal on it. And it’s very affordable. And then I’ll be getting a refrigerator. And in a couple weeks from now they should be receiving an order I placed recently. For a new addition to my gaming theatre in my home. I definitely recommend you shop at the Onley branch of rent a center. Their expertise and professionalism is unmatched in this area at that location. I also strongly recommend you do NOT shop at the following stores due to significant issues customers experience and also fraudulent activities within those companies. . #1 Aaron’s in Pokomoke city Maryland. They harass you immediately within 24 hours of being late on a payment. And they come to your house and block your driveways everyday til you pay. Or they just sit in your yard. And then drive all over your yard and over your well and septic. And they are extremely rude and they violate your contract terms. But expect you to follow the contract to the letter and pay whether you have the property or not. And if you are late for more than 2 weeks they go to the court and get a warrant on you no matter what your situation is. And the other company I strongly recommend you don’t buy from #2 is Meyers and Tabakin. I worked there personally for a year and they would get shipments in constantly. And if something has a little bit of shipping damage. Like a cut in the fabric. Or a small crack on a small part of the frame they commit fraud with Ashley furniture store. And they take a sledgehammer to the product to cause a lot of damage the main structure of the item. But they do it in a place and way that it is not easily noticed by the average customer and then they file a fraudulent claim with the Ashley store saying the driver significantly damaged the product in shipping to get a full reimbursement for the cost of the product. Then they still sell the busted product to the customers at full price despite the Permanent damage to the internal structure of the items And they make sure when they deliver it that you don’t see the damage when they bring it in your house. And The manager Amber is extremely disrespectful. And talks poorly...

I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life. I have had to wait extremely long for something that is insured to be fixed and am still waiting for my property back. I have had nothing but trouble from this store on multiple occasions. I would not recommend getting any electronics...

The whole team at the Onley store provided me with the best experience that I've received from a retail store. Everyone was happy offered good service quick to find the merchandise I was looking for and getting it to me I couldn't be happier. Thank you the Onley...
