The waitress was very nice, but that's about all the good I can say. This place had disappointed me before, but I figured I would give them another shot...I ordered the garlic chicken, which is usually my go to at any chinese place. It typically has a lot of veggies with chicken and garlicky sauce. Well it came and it was literally a pile of chicken in cornstarch water and like 7 broccoli florets. It tasted like...nothing. Just no flavor whatsoever. It didn't even taste like chicken, just a bit like city water. I added a copious amount of soy sauce and it was still tasteless. It was actually a bit impressive how much this chicken tasted of nothing. Like a black hole, all flavor just dissipated. The waitress came around and asked how it was, and I told her it was not good. She offered to bring me something else, but I was unsure if I would be charged for yet more food and to be honest by this point I didn't even want anything else. I figured some of my meal would be comped, but no. I didn't feel like arguing it, so we paid and left. We will not...

Have met most of the waitresses there, Barbara & Amy's Mom being the best. Kimmi is funny. Jack is a great fellas, so is Anna.
Food is great, large portions, always the right temperature, and flavourful. I end to order the Dragon's Special, Cantonese Chicken Chow Mein, Szechuan Chicken or Beef. Tend to order extra spicy which sometimes doesn't always happen unless Jack is cooking. Jack excels in special orders, or when asking for something different.
Great service, clean. Have only use the spoons there as food tastes better with chopsticks. Bought some rosewood chopsticks from Everything Chopsticks in Oregon (online).
The food here is not as expensive as Panda Express, and you get more food portions too. Far East's egg rolls are BIG and hand made.
Wished I could afford to eat...
Read moreStopped in because wanted take out for a hotel room. The service was spectacular: we were served tea while looking over the menu and given refills while we waited for our food (along with a pitcher of water). Plentiful portions for a good price. When we asked for to-go utensils, got entire handfuls of spoons, forks, chopsticks, and extra fortune cookies. Two of our four dishes were under salted, but nothing a packet of soy sauce couldn't fix! Despite a trip to the hotel and some shuffling around before eating, the food was still piping hot upon digging in. Did it become my new favorite? Nah. Will I probably stop in again if I'm back in...
