They close at 5 pm. I wasn't doing anything, just hanging out in the truck. I could have ate here but decided I was hungry at 5:30. Sense they have their hours saying they close at 8 I walked over there to find out they are closed. I called and he told me they close at 5. Really good taco truck you can get to quickly from the freeway and then get right back on. Good prices, cash or card. Food was all good. Tortillas all done well, both red and green salsa are good, little heat but not too much, topped with onions, cilantro and red cabbage. The Adobada was very good, carnitas as well. AMAZING!!!! We do a lot of traveling and have been too many taco trucks (AZ, WA, OR, ID, MT, CA). This one was top tier!! Delicious and flavourful food. Onions, cilantro, cabbage, limes were all very fresh. The burritos are massive! Left satisfied with our meals and full! Owner was very friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would....
