How many times can you screw up the same order?
So I normally order by app because free Doritos taco. But they were listed as closed annoying but whatever I'll pay for the Doritos taco instead of getting it free...
So I go through the DT and order a classic box, a quesadilla combo 2 extra crunchy tacos, and a Doritos taco. We get our food and leave. As soon. As we pull out I notice my 5 layer burrito and chips are missing from my box. So I go inside, and they realize they forgot to give me my classic box. So there was more stuff missing than I had initially realized.
I get my box and go to leave. As we are pulling out again I go to grab my Doritos taco.. and it's MISSING!! I thought I ordered 3 regular and 1 Doritos, turns out I was supposed to have 4 crunchy and on Doritos, cuz I didn't realize my boyfriend s meal came with one.
So I go inside again to show them all my tacos are regular crunchy and one was supposed to be a Doritos taco, he gets someone else and I show him my tag that says 4 crunchy and 1 Doritos. He says ok and goes to remake it.
He brings me out a bag and I go back to the car and as we are leaving I open the bag and he made 4 crunchy tacos and a chips and dip!!
While I'm glad I got 4 new crunchy tacos to replace my now soggy tacos almost 20 mins later. I Never got my Doritos taco 😭 all I wanted was to redeem my free Doritos taco instead I paid for the taco and never got it even...
Read moreI know allot of you have posted about the Taco Bell in town. I agreed AT THE TIME it was bad. To much was going on. Lots of drama. I’m talking about since I moved here two years ago until about 3 months ago there was an issue and it seemed no one was willing to listen BUT, by gods fortunate hand— they have changed. I was stuck in there line dreading it. There were 8 cars ahead of me. I buckled down with my 8 year old and got my phone ready with Hulu up for the long wait. But to my shock every car was handled super quickly. You might think I’m another “paid promotion person” but I’m not. I just value businesses that come far. And this business has. They changed. The food was fresh (we just got the Cinnabon delights x12) and the Lemonada Freeze for my 7 year old was amazing. They hustled all 8 cars out so fast I probably waited 8 minutes total. Now THATS a change we should feel proud of. Because last time it was 8 cars it took an hour almost. I didn’t have a bad experience this one time I went in the last 6 months so maybe your opinions different but in my personal experience tonight, they deserve a post letting others know they’re amazing. Because maybe the people who work there are going to see this here And it’ll make there night and motivate them to keep up the good work. Anyways, just a random woman here, grateful to the amazing staff at Taco Bell. I appreciate how far you’ve come! You’re...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. I ordered three chicken soft taco meal with no cheese for my dad and the chalupa meal for myself. All the soda tacos had cheese. OK, I can see how that could happen, it's probably habit to just add the cheese, whatever. I give those back and they are making new ones. I look in the bag and notice that there is a burrito and a taco and no chalupas. I'm thinking OK, maybe they just gave me the wrong bag. I asked if they had given me the wrong bag, they ask if I can pull around. I pull around and wait for quite a while and no one comes out. I went to the door and look in because the lobby is locked. Someone comes to the door and says, oh they're working on it (not sure how long it takes to make 2 chalupas). Then he comes back and says "we looked at the order and there were no chalupas ordered". I responded that someone messed up my order then because that's what I ordered. He says he'll have the manager come out. I waited and waited and no manager came out. I finally just drove through the drive through again and ordered 2 chalupas. So I ended up paying for food that I never ordered and never ate.....I hate their burrito Supremes 🤮 I will never stop at that taco bell again. Very rude on the...
