The associates were very helpful and attentive, even on a day when the store was extremely crowded for homecoming When I got back to my hotel and wore the hat that I purchased, I realized after an hour that there was a significant defect in it, and when I brought it back, it was discovered that it was the last of that particular model and that it had been replaced They did an easy swap out, and I was able to get a hat that wasn’t defective They also honored the 20% coupon that was going around, which was helpful

My only complaint would be that I wish they would carry more golf polo shirts for women and put them all in one area instead of the couple they had spread out. Like the men’s section And also croakies or whatever you call them to put on your sunglasses to keep them from falling...

Little disappointing that this store does not offer a military discount nor a student discount! Unacceptable for the area the store Is located near fort Benning and slot of veterans and active live In this area!

Also being located in a major university area and selling 75 % of that university attire etc , and not offerings of student, or alumni discount very disappointing and a deterrent...
