Kohl's — Local services in Orange City

I came to this Kohl's due to the fact that they usually have better prices than in Port Orange Port Orange and I had $25 of Kohl's cash that was expiring at the end of the day. I also had a 20% off coupon I had received in this shipment of my last order from Kohl's. I picked out the shoes in the photo and my girlfriend chose a bikini. Before the Kohl's cash and coupons my total was $75. I presented my $25 in Kohl's Cash on my phone yet the girl behind the only wanted to give me $5 of it . We went back and forth and I told her that I must use it before the end of the day or it will expire. She said that I only had $5 but I showed her my Kohl's app on my phone and it clearly stated that I had $25. It took about five minutes of bickering, which mind you I should never have had to do, before she gave me all $25. Then I presented the 20% off coupon and she claimed that it wasn't for the shoes but only the bikini top which was $9. I asked her to call the manager and when she arrived she tried to claim that coupon wasn't for sports apparel yet it clearly did not say that. I ended up paying $50 for a nice pair of shoes and a bikini top, which wasn't bad, yet should have received another $10 off for the 20% coupon. All this bickering ended up saving them $10 but losing a customer for life. This store has everything It can not to adhere to the coupons and bonuses that you rightfully receive. Horrible customer service! I applied online to work because first of all I need the job and second of all is every way signs they need people for the holidays session so I when online I applied for any job position they had available on their website few days later I had a email saying I been selected for a job interview so I clipped to select day and time that worked for me for today at 2pm and then they sent me at emails and texts to remind me for today meeting at 2pm in google meet app! So I when on time to my interview google meeting waiting and waiting and waiting 25 minutes later I decided to call this store because nobody was in my interview meeting they transferred me to one person to another person to another person 10 minutes later some lady answered me very rude your name and when I said it she said very rude we canceled your interview you should check your emails and I was like the only emails and texts I had is to remind me about this interview at 2pm! Then she said but not we cancelled you and when I asked her may I know if it is a reason or if I’m going to have another day the interview she told me because I don’t need you and she hang up on me! I never had this experience before in my life I feel horrible and still I don’t understand if they don’t needed me why I have 5 emails and 4 texts reminding me about today interview but zero emails or texts canceling me for this...

When you walk in this place there are no greeters or service anymore to tell you where the Amazon drop-off spot is at. I have back issues and I have to walk with a boot. I was told to go to One customer service which is their in-house customer service when I wanted the Amazon customer service I was not told that there was two different areas and I have to walk the whole entire store and that's a big store when I was already in pain and all I wanted to do was drop off an Amazon product for return and refund that was it. I do not do business because because I feel like they are overrated store overpriced store so I don't do business because I only going there to drop off by Amazon products and trust me when I tell you that I've had better experiences in their prior to this last one because there was at least a greeter to tell you where to go. Now there's no one in front telling you where to go there's no one greeting you everybody there seems to be very very rude and worried about themselves so I would never ever do business with this place.
