Not too pleased with my last visit to this chic fil a location. I come to this chic fil a 3-4 times a week and I usually order the same thing every time and never have any issues. The staff always has a great attitude and is very attending. My usual order is a grilled chicken sandwich and a large water. I always ask for a fat free honey mustard dressing packet to put on my sandwich and I always get it with no issues. Well, this day I asked for the honey mustard dressing and I was given a honey mustard dipping sauce. No biggie, I always just double check in my bag because mistakes happen sometimes. I notify the girl working the drive through window and I ask her if I can please have the actual dressing packet instead and she proceeded to hand me 2 more of the dipping cups. I again asked very politely if I can please have the actual salad dressing. She goes on by telling me how they will have to charge me because I don’t have an actual salad… I was very confused but I was polite about it and said “okay” I asked when they started doing this because like I said, I come to this chic fil a few times a week. She said “we’ve always charged for it if you don’t have an actual salad but I’ll just give it to you this time I guess.” …. It was frustrating. Just be consistent! I’ve never had this...
Read moreWhen i received my order I was given my receipt and told to fill out the survey to get a free chick fil a sandwich. So later that night I filled out the long and very detailed survey that took about 5 minutes to complete. 3 days passed and I didn't get the email for my free sandwich so I called the restaurant who couldn't help me and told me to go on the app (which I don't use so I had to download it) to find the number for the chick fil A cares phone number. I called them and they said they were going to escalate it and respond back to me. When I didn't get a response after about a week I called them again. it is now 10 days and 3 phone calls. On the third call the representative said there was a note saying that my survey was not attempted. I advised her again that the survey was very lengthy and I did fill it out and submit it. There was no response with an error message or anything like that. She then said she'd escalate it again. I normally never do surveys and now I remember why. Chick fil A can't send a lousy sandwich even though I did their survey and have called 3 times. It will be a very very long time before I go to a chick...
Read moreI’m a big fan of Chic-fil-a but have to report I’m very disappointed in my meal and experience tonight. I had the nuggets and one was really chewy with a weird texture. I took it to the counter and talked to the manager and they took the nugget to inspect it. I was told that the breading was the problem and sometimes they have bad pieces. I figured I would get a “sorry about that” and they would give me at least a new nugget. Not so. The manager never came to the table to say anything. I then bit into my last nugget and it tasted bad, as in spoiled meat. As we we’re leaving I asked for a manager to tell them about the taste of the last nugget and was told that it was the breading. I said there’s something about the chicken. She said she would talk to the chicken manufacturer. I got frustrated and left. I simply wanted them to know they may have an issue.
