Kingwood Memorial Park — Local services in Orange Township

Absolutely stunning location however, the management team is extremely unorganized and lacks professionalism. My Mother passed away in April and we were told that her plaque would be ready within 8 weeks. July rolled around and we asked what was the status of her plaque. We did not receive a direct answer but was told it would "be ready in 2 weeks". It is now SEPTEMBER 12TH and they STILL do not have an answer for us. For the amount of money we have given to this company and they still cannot give us a direct answer is unbelievable.

Also- we were told that we could only reach the manager/higher-up via email and they "don't know when he stops by the office" nor does he have a work phone.

I hope this does not happen to anyone else and their loved ones. This has been an devastating experience and disrespectful...

We have been waiting for 1 year now for my Mother deceased date to be added to her marker. Also, no grass seed was ever spread on her grave after she was buried a year ago. Now there are just weeds growing there. Very disappointed. Myself and my sister both have stopped in the office on different times throughout the year and voiced our concerns and disappointed. Was promised a call and a speedy fix. Neither one has happened. I guess once they have your money......out of sight, out of mind! My family has been waiting since September 2018 to have a headstone engraved. Customer service here is a problem that doesn't seem to get addressed by management. The 5 star review listed in the reviews was for a previous management company- they did take concerns seriously and rectify problems; I've dealt with them before.
