But the female worker is so rude and disrespectful. After I put my clothes in the washer, she pointed to the rules and said, "What did you put there"? Pointing to the spanish sign that is what you don't put in there but in a very sarcastic way and then the lady tried to open the washer. After asking her why she was going to open the washer, she played it off like oh it is just warm, so I am putting my hands here, ya right lady ! Then she made more remarks to other people, asking did you wash here. Where's your clothes?, no lady, we do not go there to hang out !! My mom was trying to use a dryer she added a quarter, so my mom told her it was not working, and she already put a quarter and the lady had the audacity to say you're fighting over a quarter and mumbled under her breath. As my mom was talking to her, she turned and left my mom talking.
First, if the worker would have if you stopped and listen, you would understand that we told you we put the quarter in and still did not work. Secondly, if she does not like her job then she should not work there, you need a worker that has people skills to bring customers in not scare them away. Tired, If she is paid to have the laundromat clean, which it was not. Finally, There was a lot that I did not mention and noticing the other reviews now (in Yelp), I hope the owner does...
Read moreCame to do my laundry here, horrible experience, horrible customer service. The lady who works here is so rude!! I pushed my clothes in the washer, not my first time washing, and the washer was leaking some water out. Kind of funny how the other washer I used did not have a problem. The lady asked whose washer it was, I stated it was mine. Rudely she was telling me next time to close the door, right. I told her I did. I pushed it hard and locked it and she said then your clothes. I said my clothes are fine, idk what you’re talking about, if I did something wrong I apologize it was an accident since I don’t like to argue. Then she turned around and said “not an accident, no, no, no” and walks away. When I first walked in there was already a towel on the floor previously. Maybe I shouldn’t have used it but it was the only option I had to have both washers next...
Read moreThis place is the cheapest I have seen in Orange. It's clean and the washers wash nice and the dryers are excellent. Nobody has given me any trouble or been rude. It's just a laundromat, not a Starbucks, no reason to not ever go back just because of one little incident like some of the people who have left reviews have said they till do. I mean, grow up people!! The price for drying is $.25 for every 10 minutes. The price for washing is not expensive either. The only thing is being a extra quarter because of you need to use the restroom it's gonna...
