I kept seeing and hearing about Cedar House in Orange and finally went to check it out with my wife and some friends. From the outside it is such a beautiful place, not even a typical shop but an old style white home with cozy outdoor seating. Inside it feels quiet, relaxing, and the perfect spot to study or just hang out. The furniture and decor are really well thought out and you can tell a lot of detail went into creating the vibe. The employees felt like they were doing you a favor or that you were interrupting their day for just being there. My friend and I ordered a cortado and a matcha, and both were surprisingly flavorless and watered down. Even the pastries, which had an interesting appearance, tasted distinctly stale â like they'd been sitting out far too long. If you're a small business coffee shop girlie in OC like me, looking for genuine quality and a warm atmosphere, this place just isn't worth your time or money. It was a...
