not sure who i spoke too but it was a male.. i simply asked about touch up on tattoos from his shop (as it WAS my shop where i got all my tattoos done). i was cursed at, threatened than again this man said for me to come get tattooed at his shop after threatening me with physical violence . and be aware if you call make sure you have all your questions on hand or you will get cursed at and be told you're "harassing" them. (tattoos are less than a year old and the artist guarantees there work and this is the way your treated) do you're self the favor and go to "fine tattoo work" they are aware of what customer service is! i hope you have a good day old...

My husband and I made an appointment for our tattoos with Shawn. We gave him some photos including an ink print of our dog’s paw. When we got there he showed us some different sizes of what he drew out. He was super cool. Easy to speak with and genuine as well as extremely talented. Even makes his own tattoo gun. He does mainly focus on Japanese style tattooing but has an eclectic style of tattoos that he has done. Will be going back for more and a touch up on an old tattoo of mine. Hands down the best shop I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Overall great vibe, amazing artists, and great tattoos. I had the pleasure of getting a Tattoo by Shaw. We did an American Traditional Tiger on my leg. I love the design he came up with, exactly what I wanted. He has a very light hand so it doesn’t even hurt. Unbelievable experience. I recommend Shaw and this shop all day. I’ll definitely be back...
