7-Eleven — Local services in Oregon City

THESE PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE AND HARASS PEOPLE WITH SERVICE ANIMALS. MARGRET OR MAGGIE AND THE OTHER ONE WAS REGINA MAYBE. COMPLETELY HARASSED ME AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME WHILE I WAS IN THERE TODAY. REFUSED TO SELL ME MY DRINKS UNTIL I SAID I WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME THEIR NAMES. SAID THAT WAS FINE I WOULD CALL CORP. WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR NAMES. TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T BE IN THERE AND I SAID SHE WAS A SERVICE ANIMALS. AND I HAD TO TELL THEM WHY SHE WAS ONE AND WHAT I NEED HER FOR AND WHAT I NEED HER FOR AND WHAT MY PROBLEMS WERE. HIPPA AND ADA TELLS THEM THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO ASK THOSE QUESTIONS AND I DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO NOR WAS I GOING TO DISCUSS MY PERSONAL MATTERS WITH THEM! THEY ABSOLUTELY WOULDN'T LEAVE ME ALONE. SHE WAS REPLACING CHIPS AND WAS YELLING FROM BACK THERE WHILE THE OTHER ONE WAS HARASSING ME FROM THE COUNTER. ALL OF THIS 2 BUY 2 COKES. SO I AM LETTING EVERY SINGLE PERSON KNOW DON'T GO HERE. IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL GO HERE. TAKE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AND REPORT THEM IF THEY SAY ONE THING TO YOU OTHER THAN HI. I have always loved 7-11. But 7-11 location has one of the rudest employees I have ever been rang up by. I believe is Hajim. I wish I could say I only have had one incident with this “gentleman” but unfortunately I have not. He seems to purposely ignore people. Many times he hasn’t given me the opportunity to speak or even utilize my 7-11 rewards or even get a bag after I’ve asked. He has acted like he didn’t have them when they are visible or acts as if he doesn’t understand while saying next to the customer behind. I do suggest having people who are in customer service positions be those whose realize they are there to help provide this service. So I wouldn’t normally do a review on this kind of store but I really think it should be known that The cashiers Behind the counter if you give them cash, they will short change you every time it’s been three times now they’ve tried to take $ 84 centsfrom me $.16 Cents from me just buying a pack of cigarettes so watch your change if you give them cash! That’s flat out ripping us off! Blatant disregard for customers and their patronage and their harder money for that matter. It may not seem like that much but if you do that to like 75 customers throughout the day, you could come home with quite a bit of chump change😡 You know they have a tip jar out there if you want to give them your change that’s one thing ….but just flat out taking it A whole...
