Store is filthy already, and the employees are beyond disrespectful. You dont demand to see someone's phone to make sure they verified a doordash. Large man with locks and goddamn cleaning rag chased my husband down telling him he "better" show him his phone because hes not making that order again. Dude didnt even make it the first time, and nobody was stealing. You verify orders at the counter. Complete lack of customer service skills. The guy was aggressive and disrespectful. Go to the one on Dorr. Pretending to clean isn't getting that store up to par. The floor sticks...

I love sheetz! But as a worker you should understand when you have 10+ orders and multiple in store orders you don’t just leave your station to chat and laugh. I understand talking to coworkers, but sitting 20+ minutes for a sandwich and having to have your coworker finish it for you because he saw how frustrating it was. I was here for the grand opening at 6:30 AM and was proud to be the first customer! The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly, and welcoming. The food and atmosphere were outstanding, as always. I love this place and am so glad to see Sheetz expanding into Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. I can’t wait to attend more grand openings in the future....
