Not happy, the lady in the office excused their lateness by telling me they were swamped form upholstering a temples seats. At least 10 times over the course of 3.5 months. When I received my chair and ottoman I immediately noticed the back side of the ottoman platform looked to have much less padding, This caused the front of the pillow to be angled inordinately upward. I talked to Mark about it and sent him a picture, in his opinion I was being disingenuous. He informed me if I'd bring it in he would make it the way my original photo showed for an additional fee. I live in Salt Lake City and drove to orem for top notch work. I would supply more material and drive down two more trips for them to make it right. I am not in this for a quick buck. Not happy with the customer service or the timeline on the craftsmanship. In response to Marks post. What I told you folks was that if I am happy with your work I have another job for you. I am unhappy with your work. I also have reviewed the comparison photos and I do see a difference. After you looked at the photos you did not say they were the same you asked if it was comfortable. The change in aesthetics is what I am referring to. If you like I can post...
Read moreLet me start off by saying this 1 star is just for 1 person in particular, i'd give 0 if i could. Mark (a manager there) is absolutely awful! He seems nice at first but then he delayed our appointment several times with various excuses. I was very understanding at first, these things happen. But we kept waiting for each rescheduled appointment and they never showed. Finally Mark just gave me the workers number directly so he wouldn't have to deal with it himself. The worker was at another job site in the same city because he was told to go there first. Mark told me they were stuck in traffic and thats why they were late. I asked why he lied and he had no explanation and didn't apologize once throughout all of this. Brett, the worker who stitched up our chair, was awesome and did a great job. He was more apologetic than Mark (which isn't hard to do since he wasn't apologetic at all) and he didn't even do anything wrong. Mark seriously needs to rethink his business practices and have a little respect for...
Read moreI dropped off some couch cushions to have some holes repaired. After repeated delays in just getting a quote from them, I finally was given a reasonable estimate and gave the go ahead. After more delays on getting the job done, I finally go to pick them up and it was horrible work. The couch material was a dark brown. They used a near WHITE thread in a bizarre criss-cross pattern that was nothing like what they claimed they would do. They didn't follow the existing lines to hide the thread, but really.. A bright thread on a dark brown material? Really? And these were all over the cushions. And the owner had the gall to tell me "You would have the same reaction with a dark thread"... REALLY? Come on. We had a lot more work for them to do... NO WAY now. The only positive? They gave me the cushions back for free. But so what? If I want it done right, now I will have to pay for them to REMOVE the bad job then fix it right. No apology from them...
