This is our regular shop and has been for years now. I compare all shops to this no matter where I go. Em, Kirsten and Tristan are all very knowledgeable, helpful and remember your likes and preferences to suggest sale items or new products as soon as you walk in. Great selection, clean and bright, love the rewards! Good news for anyone complaining about the customer service or ID check upon entering, I think I can be of help! Clearly you are new here so as one local to others, the State has laws and regulations, and evengasp you have to abide by them like showing your ID. I know!The customer service is always very informative and honest, I appreciate that! As far as tone goes it's a real world type of place so they match energy, so if you feel like you are having a negative experience maybe ask yourself "am I the ass**?" In the end favorite business in Utah County, love seeing some honest people in Orem! I always look forward to going in and DO give us personalized service in a city where everyone thinks they are special and deserve it....

I've been to this store quite a few times. Most if my pieces are bought from here. I've always recommended this place to anyone. Today was the absolute worst service I have ever received and I'll never be going back and letting everyone know to not go there anymore. The manager said oh I'll take 5 dollars off for the confusion and she never did. They only gave me the discounts for my points. We asked the price multiple times of a piece and were told 125. After we check out they say oh its 225 (mind u we were getting 3 of them) plus bowl pieces. becayse they didn't have any that fit so we were charged extra for thath too. Taht's alot of money if you ask me. She reused to sell them to us for the price we were told. Never coming back. Don't go. Oh and top of all that I was charged over 15 bucks just for it being on the card. They're scams and I'm ashamed.i ever...

0 stars!!! Horrible customer service every time I come in there everyone is non approachable. They aren’t knowledgeable and don’t know the difference between a pod or tank the coil goes in to. I went in for a coil they tried to sell me a pod I told I don’t need that. Told him I need a coil for my mod since they come in protective tin I couldn’t check it. He wasn’t sure about anything and I was nervous. Next day i try to change the coil and it doesn’t fit and fell into my tank. So I call and said this isn’t right I just wasted my money because the staff doesn’t know anything about their products. He said he wouldn’t exchange because it fell into my tank and drops of juice on it! I will never shop here they are a shame to the starry night name I miss the...
