Studio 341 — Local services in Orem

Getting my lashes done could’ve been a good experience however there were a couple red flags. One she wasn’t wearing any shoes in her studio (I think this is a health code violation), two she allowed her cats to sit on you during procedure (I love cats but pet dander with any cosmetic procedure is unsanitary and unsafe), three her communication skills is awful and unprofessional (rescheduled original time of my appointment without communicating why). This was just the red flags before the appointment. During the appointment I received bruising on my left eye that didn’t go away for 3+ days. (could’ve been avoided with securing the eyelids and foam tape better), she didn’t actually wash her hands during procedure but just used hand sanitizer. My lashes were very rushed, they were so uneven and staggered they looked like I needed a fill before I even left. I know some fall out is normal with lash extensions but they were just shedding off didn’t even last more than a week. Highly disappointed in Chelsea professionalism and work ethics. I have had several amazing experiences at Studio 341 with the owner, Master Esthetician, Chelsea. She is very clearly an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled expert in this industry! I can tell she loves everything she specializes in, and her work shows. Her home salon is private, clean, welcoming, and comfortable. She is extremely professional and devoted to her work and clients. Her communication and understanding of my service requests surpassed my expectations. I was able to achieve my brow goals due to Chelsea! I have always wanted to get my brows done, or for that matter even have visible brows (I am blonde). She was super meticulous in making sure they were the right shape, angle, and color, to best suit my face. I am awestruck by how much difference it has made.
