Cosmo Prof — Local services in Orem

I will not go back to this store. I asked them it they had a certain color by a brand and they did not. I asked them when they'll be getting more back in-stock. They said they don't know what is on their order. Like what how do you not know what is on your order. They said they'd call me when they get more of that color in. They told me they would call me when they get their shipment in. I never got a call. So I went in to see if they had any. They had their shipment in. And I asked them if they had any of the color I was looking for they said they aren't sure what's in the cart for their shipment. Like how hard is it to go and look and see if you have the color and brand I'm looking for. I got a call back TWO months later saying they had the color I was looking for. Manager, you need to pay attention to what your clients are saying about the service at your store! The two girls working on 12/26/20 at 3:00 pm don't have skills on don't care when it comes to customer service. The product I was looking for, was overpriced at the store than cosmoprof app and SalonCentric. I explained the situation the girl didn't care, went to my regular cosmoprof store in provo which I love, but they didn't have the product I need. Went back to the orem store because they were the only one between all the cosprof & salon centric in the area.
