I pulled up to the drive-through at 953pm, I know it was late, but I just got off work. A voice came through the intercom saying I'm closed already... as I'm looking at the sign that says they close at 10. I contacted customer service, and I got a form letter offering me a $5 coupon IF I downloaded their ap. How ludicrous is that? Download an ap in order to get any kind of customer service? I did NOT download their ap, but I decided to try Burger King again. I pulled up to their drive-through at 1157 am. A voice said "Welcome to Burger King where you rule. What can we get you?" I said "can I have a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with a coke". After a couple seconds a different voice came through and said, give me a moment. I waited 1 and a half minutes (yes, I timed it, because of my previous issues with this location). I was just getting ready to leave when the second voice came through the intercom again saying "what would you like?" I said, "Can I get a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with..." I was interrupted, he said "a Whopper combo?" I said "yes, please" after a couple seconds, he said "do you want everything on it?" I said "you know what? Never mind, thank you. Have a great day." Asked for an extra barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets and the clerk carefully looked around and then put an extra one in the bag. The manager proceeded to berate her for giving me an extra barbecue sauce. He was hiding behind the equipment so as to not be seen by customers. I started to check the bag to make sure all of the sandwiches were there and the woman assured me that everything was in the bag. Got home and the value fry was not in the bag. Also they don’t even give you any napkins in the bag. How cheap is that? I tried calling back several times and they don’t even answer their phone. Read moreI was here Nov 13 between 6 and 6:30 pm while I was on my break to get a drink. My break is a half hour and I spent a good 20 minutes in the drive thru.
I got the window and the girl seemed to be in a mood. I get it. I’ve worked food services so I assumed someone before me was being extra or maybe she had an extra long shift. She proceeded to leave the window open while making comments about how there were too many people in line, where did they come from, and how she didn’t have time for it. Excuse me but you’re getting paid to have time for it.
