After visiting several stores and feeling overwhelmed with options, we finally met Steve, who sold us a Frigidaire refrigerator—and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Unlike other salespeople who simply pointed us to the floor models and suggested we do our own research, Steve took the time to understand our needs and used his in-depth knowledge of refrigerators to help us narrow down the best choice for our home.

He went above and beyond by measuring our kitchen space and ensuring the refrigerator would fit perfectly within our cabinetry. His attention to detail and professionalism gave us full confidence in our purchase.

The delivery and setup team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and assembled the unit perfectly. A week after installation, we noticed a slight misalignment in the refrigerator doors. To our surprise, the same team returned, investigated the issue thoroughly (even consulting with Frigidaire), and successfully realigned the doors.

Being in Real Estate I have to opportunity to refer business for appliances all the time, over the years I have had a few good people I could trust with my clients! Big SHOUT OUT to your wonderful installers, Forest and William, for their professionalism and time in installing our new BOSCH range. They took their time to evaluate a MY personal conundrum about a granite piece that had to be extracted to fit the stove against the back tile wall. Instead of using a diamond saw to cut the granite, they were able to pound it out with ease. The granite was spared and my stove fits great! They even took the time to clean and set up the range timer! Looking forward to baking them a cake and roasting an Easter prime rib for my family.
