Eternal Jewelers — Local services in Orland Township

I had dropped off my watch for repairs, "Months Ago", only to be told that they are waiting on a part only after I myself stopped in to ask what the delay was. There has been absolutely no contact with me about my watch or when I'm to expect it back. Worst customer service that I have ever seen!!! I usually try to go to the smaller family owned stores for service and I will never in my entire life step foot in this jewelery store. I feel like they don't communicate with their customers in hopes that they will forget that they dropped something off to them, weIl I haven't forgotten and if need be I will be getting legal advice towards my next move with "Eternal Jewelers" in Orland...

Fayed is not only talented but he has such a vision and an understanding of your vision! I was considering upgrading my diamond to a larger one but the sentimental value of my original diamond was holding me back. I ended up finding the perfect setting! It is absolutely gorgeous and makes my original diamond look amazing! I also had him make two bands out of my original double band of diamonds. I have shopped all the big chain stores and always come back to Eternal. Not only do they have the best selection but they also have the best prices. Even when they did not have what I was looking for, they were able to custom make what I wanted and made it even better. Same ring would have cost me 2x more at the other well known store. They also were able to repair my wife's jewelry when other jewelers said they couldn't or wanted a lot more. Turns out Eternal was doing repairs for all the stores in the mall.
