DO NOT SHOP HERE! I came here to purchase a chain and charm and was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! Too many issues with the store and it’s employee!

When i walked into the store I was greeted and helped immediately thats the reason for the one star.

After that everything went down hill. Before i left the store i placed an order for a chain, bracelet and hamsa charm. When i came back almost a week later to pick it up i see that the charm i ordered was NOT the one in the box. Apparently Leslie, who is the employee that was helping me, knew the charm was out of stock and no longer available and instead of calling me to let me know this information she took it upon herself to order something she thought i would like. And of course it WASNT! So now I’m upset, and and no longer want anything but can’t get my money back because she wants to keep telling me about their no refund policy. When I wouldn’t be asking for a refund had i known what i wanted wasn’t available I wouldn’t have ordered anything at all in the first place.

So then i was forced to find another charm i did like, change the size of the chain and bracelet just to match everything. Even with changing and downgraded everything she still had the nerve to try and tell me i wasn’t going to get discounted for the downgrade. She has the audacity to tell me that I’m choosing to downgrade my items so they can’t do anything about it. Fortunately for her i was happy to break it down for her and explain how her poor customer service and screw up with the original order is the cause for the entire downgrade and because u refuse to give me a refund. Like this chick really has the nerve to try to make it seem like her screw up was my fault.

Eventually they issued me a small refund in the form of jewelry cleaner. Total BS!

I took my wedding set there to be sized and rhodium plated, plus additional 2 bands that needed no sizing to be rhodium plated as well. No longer than 2 weeks passed, a diamond came out. Took it back, they were nice to replace. Another week passed and a diamond fell out of one of the bands that only was rhodium plated. Now I’m spending 3 hours in the mall again to have a diamond put in. Now I’m upset. I’ve had no issues with my rings especially the rings that needed no sizing and I am aware when sizing down, diamonds can come out. WHICH IS WHY THE JEWELER IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE AT LEAST THE DIAMONDS ARE SECURE AND IF ONE FALLS OUT HE SECURES THAT ONE. But wait, it gets worse, I was told my prongs needed to be tipped because they are all smashed. WELL, when I walked in the store my tips were not thinned out from the jeweler buffing them down. AND GUESS WHAT? Yes, I am missing the same diamond that fell out from the engagement ring AND OF COURSE I CALLED! COULD NOT MAKE IT BACK UP THERE DUE TO A FUNERAL. BUT WAIT!!!! How come the same diamond fell out of the band AGAIN from the rings that never were sized, AND ANOTHER WHOLE NEW DIAMOND FROM THE WEDDING SET CAME OUT. I’m literally so tired of going back and forth with these people. The jeweler is only there on Saturdays which means I have to give up 3 hours again. IM NEVER EVER GOING BACK...

Outstanding Service at Zevar Jewelers! 27 July 2025 I walked into Zevar Jewelers needing a repair on my bracelet—the safety chain had broken. I was immediately greeted by Khairunissa, who was both pleasant and professional. After showing her the bracelet, she kindly explained the two repair options: either soldering the chain or reattaching the link. She recommended soldering for a more secure, permanent fix. Her recommendation, along with her warm and personal approach, made me feel confident in moving forward—and the quoted price was even less than I expected.

Another lovely sales associate, Hadeel, was also very kind and welcoming. The customer service I received from both ladies was truly second to none.

To my surprise, the repair was completed in under 30 minutes—something that would have taken 5 to 7 days at other jewelers. While I waited, I had my wedding ring cleaned and enjoyed chatting with the team.
