Taco Bell Orland Square Mall — Restaurant in Orland Township

I will NEVER go back to Orland Hills Taco Bell! There was a sign on the door that said “the dining room was closed”. The door was NOT let me repeat NOT locked. This obnoxious, rude“, unkempt woman/I think, started yelling at my mother if we could read! She/I think said the dining room was closed. All we wanted to do was place an order and take our meal elsewhere. I know it’s difficult to find employees, with a sign that says work today get paid tomorrow. But if the inside was not to be entered, they should’ve locked the front door. The customer service was pathetic! No more Orland Hills Taco Bell...

Messed up order and had to go through line twice, super simple order. I wasn’t upset though because the young woman at the window had excellent customer service. But I open food, disgusting, Mexican pizza half out of the box slopped together and even went through the bag. Food super sloppy, nachos in bottom of bag. Food tastes old. Super disappointed- YOU HAVE ONE JOB to make a taco SMDH I won’t return for nasty sloppy food. I think the owner should make a secret order!!! See what they’re feeding their valued...
