Today, Sunday October 22,2023 between 11:45 am-12:30 pm, My family and I just experienced horrible customer service which in terms started off right. My family and I (6 of us) came to visit for lunch due to my daughter recommending it from her last experience. The lady who says she is the manger was very nice and understanding at first with all of us trying to figure out our orders. My two daughters ordered their food first then I place my son’s order along with mine. All together on one tab I might add. We waited I say maybe 10-13 mins for 5 corn dogs. Not too bad. Only issue was I realized 1 was missing. We all had a flammin cheetah with cheese in side. (4 with Mozzella in the middle and one with cheddar/ Mozzarella) The one with half and half cheeses I asked for no spicy sauce which was told by the manager I could get just Cheeto dust and 3 garlic Parmesan fries which were a combo to three corn dogs. Ok cool, the one corn dog with no sauce had a hot dog in it and we were missing another one. So we noticed the one missing wasn’t rang up so we went back and paid for it. Doing so, the lady argued with not only me and but also a coworker on how we got what we asked for and that one of my daughters didn’t ask for it. The coworker said it’s ok, we will make it again and it was paid for. Now after that I eat and notice the hot dog. Reminder I asked for NO SAUCE. Instead it was argued with me that I said I wanted a SAUSAGE. Hot dog and Sausage are two different things. Now I can under If it was misheard with sauce and sausage but to argue with a customer and say I didn’t say that and then proceeded with a disrespectful attitude and walked off after was asked where is the manager (she said she was it) then I asked for general manager, apparently isn’t there so I asked for corporates number or general managers number, ALL EMPLOYEES state they do t have any number and told us to google it. So this was by far the worst first time experience here and will spread the news to others to not come either. Like these young ladies treated us like as if we were some old peasants. Read moreToday September 20, 2023 I visited my favorite location at Orland Park Mall. I usually have a pretty good experience but today was drastically different. The customer service from the shift today at approximately 2pm was very unprofessional and they all seemed to be irate. The first red flag was the response from Monique the shift cashier. After inquiring about the new menu item “Garlic Parmesan Fries” she replied “I don’t know, I just got here.” I could tell she was unfriendly however I still chuckled and kept a pretty positive disposition. My next encounter was with another employee who claimed her name was Ashley. After I received my food order and walked to a different food vendor for a different order, Ashley followed me. Ashley began to ask, “what did you say?”. I was completely confused by her question but she repeated it several times after, until I realized she was attempting to start a confrontation about what she ASSUMED she heard me say. I believe when I asked her about my lemonade she became upset with me. I still have no clue what she thought I said about her or her co workers or why she picked a fight with me! My husband hearing the discourse came into the mall with our son, completely confused as we were on the phone the entire time. Nothing negative was said from my mouth. We asked for a manager on duty. There was no manager to speak to and the employee Ashley, exclaimed she wanted to fight me out back. Ive contacted corporate and the malls management. I also made a report with the mall security. Read moreAfter reading the reviews that other people have left, I wish I didn’t have to agree with how horrible the customer service was. I was disgusted by seeing the girl who was about to make my food chewing and eating food right as she started making my food especially when I observed that no one obviously taught her how to chew with her mouth shut. Another employee sat his phone and AirPods down on the counter, while other people were in line, waiting to be having their order taken. Not to mention how disgusting and unsanitary AirPods are, but to put them down in an area where you could be making someone’s food is just disgusting. When that gentleman finally took the other customers orders, the other two employees were arguing about who is going to make the next order and they were doing that right in front of me which is completely unprofessional and I felt like a complete inconvenience to them for them to do their job. If you can’t afford to get good people working for you, then you shouldn’t be in business to begin with, and if you keep having these type of people , waiting on your customers you won’t be in business.
