BoxLunch — Local services in Orland Township

Went to this location for an order pickup and a return. The store manager which is some lady that has no sense of customer service was very rude and condescending with her facial expressions and tone while asking if my refund went through. The reason for me asking if it went through was because she never said anything more about it, no consumer interaction. This is the same lady who I just saw earlier in the week for the same thing, a pickup and return. I was met with the same type of interaction, which I just let go. She has a RBF, especially when asked simple questions to get clarification. It's not my fault box lunch system adds a 2 at the end of an order. It has an order number which the customer gets and a store number which adds (2) at the end. How could you not understand that when you ask the customer for the order number and then they tell you the number you don't realize there's a 2 at the end for your system. This woman should not be a store manager, she seemed annoyed that I asked questions just to make sure so I don't have to come back again for her negligence. I will not be coming back to this location, if it wasn't for the box lunch website having issues with using the lunch money I would have not ordered the same thing twice to get a refund on the 2nd items purchased. Wasn't going to bother with a review. But it has been a couple days and I'm still thinking about how rude the girl at the counter was. I was shopping with my 13 year old niece for her birthday gift and the girl at the counter really made the experience awkward. Too the extent of my niece feeling guilty about her gift (cool Flash shirt). It was a good teaching moment for me to my little niece but as a daughter of a successful business man, I would not have that girl working the front counter anymore. It's bad for business.
