And a quote from an Unknown person "Customers may forget what you said but they'll never forget how you made them feelâ There is a professional, beautiful and honorable photographer at JC Penny zip "60462". We came to visit this location from another place about 20-30 miles away to get our family picture for our 1 year old son and to have another family picture together. Not because there was no JC Penny Studio close to us but we had an experience that drove us further searching since no store offers the service we needed nearby. We had expected another round of unpleasant surprises because we literately saw queues ahead of us but was surprised when we met this lady who would do everything to make it a great day for the kids and the entire family. I mean she danced, yelled professionally, tickled, sang etc. to get our son to smile to capture this memorable moment. At last, she succeeded when we opened up one of our sonâs favorite song before the âforced smileâ disappeared again. She did not have a clue that our older Son was not feeling well but she managed to get him to smile to capture another moment too as fast as possible. My wife was surprised that this is a person who had won her confidence and services back considering what had happened at âthat other store close to usâ. This lady went beyond and above making us happy. Even when we returned the album because it had a broken edge, she spotted and recognized us with her usual enthusiasm and made sure the issue was resolved with the help of her supervisor. You might ask. But who is this diligent, professional, beautiful, dependable, persevering, honorable, smart, respectable cheer-leader photographer? It is no other person but Caitlin at Orland Park IL JC Penny studio store! I want to thank you Caitlin (I hope I did not misspell the name) for turning our bad experience at âthat other storeâ to something memorable. I just remembered that I promise to write a feedback since March 9th 2016 but could not make it happen until it came to my mind just this week. I am happy I was able to get the receipt tucked away in my wallet otherwise I would have come back to ask for your name.    Read moreNormally this is one of my favorite stores however, 2wks ago I was so frustrated and disappointed. I ordered shoes online for an out of town wedding. I was due to fly out the next day. Receive the text that my order was ready. Perfect 𼰠I made it to the store, went to customer service. The cashier was great. I asked if I could try the shoes on while I was at the store. I needed a larger size. I informed him that online it showed that there was a larger size in stock. No Biggie. The nice JCP agent told me to go upstairs grab the size needed, we swap them back and your on your way. This entire process should have taken all of maybe 20mins tops and that's pushing it. This process too 1 hour and 15mins. Upon going to the women's shoe department. There was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE to assist. There were other people in the department that needed help. After being there for 20mins. I saw a phone and called and extension. The person on the other line was from the Men's department. She asked if I was a customer and I replied "yes". I informed the agent that I was in the women's shoe department and I needed some assistance. I told her there were other guest who needed assistance as well. I was the "Star" with their customers because everyone was getting frustrated, lbvs!! Well she said she would send someone over. We we happy, then sad again because NO ONE CAME!! Ok, another 20mins went by.. Some customers just left... patience ran completely short. Others like myself continued to wait. Well, guess what I did? I called another extension. Another agent answered, with the same question, with the same promise and guess what? I GOT THE SAME RESULT NOBODY EVER CAME!!!
We waited some more time!!đłđłđĄđĄ... Mind you. At this point its been an hour. Then outta nowhere this Beautiful lady named Destiny was walking down the aisle and I stopped her and asked if she would help us, and she did. She went right to the back and grabbed my shoes...

   Read moreSo back in September I ordered a mattress and box spring with a pretty high price tag but it was a promotion for 48 months (not that I needed it but Iâll take it). Due to covid I presume, I didnât receive the mattress set until early December I believe. So I scheduled delivery for a Saturday 1-330p. They actually arrived at approx 757p thus tying up my whole day. I wish I could remember the name of the company but since JC Penneyâs used them they can take the hit. They were unprofessional and wouldnât remove old mattress set claiming in wasnât in the order but considering how long I waited as a courtesy you would have thought they would do it. I blame the the sales lady who placed the order for me. A few days went buy and I called to complain about defective box spring and was originally told I would have to pay to send it back since it was after 48hrs but good sense prevailed and the agent did waive it. Here it is months later and I never heard from anyone to come and pick up box spring. Luckily it basically does what itâs supposed to but itâs still defective. I will never ever purchase a big ticket item from JC Penney again!!!! Also the sales lady failed to ring up as a promotion so interest was applied but I talked to a customer service agent and it was all corrected regarding the interest...
