So im back again. Brought my rings back in to get resized on 6/11/25, came in today 6/12/25 to pick up and again another mishap. My rings have to go back out because my wedding band won't fit inside my enhancers. This is so annoying and now my husband is gettint upset in the store. My husband brought our wedding rings 12/5/15 and every 6 months my rings have to be sent out for missing diamonds. There was one time we picked up the ring and before we could get to the car a diamond was missing so we had to go back and give them the ring again. No I'm not happy at all. First they say they will give me a new ring and band That didn't happen. Now it comes to the point to exchange the ring and I find one but it's a little cheaper than my ring and a band would be separate but I can't have it cause it's cheaper than my original ring so now we have to spend more money to get the price to be equal value, so we do that, now we was told the new ring was a 1/2 caret more than mine so yes I was happy with that. Now she's doing the transaction but while we are waiting i go on line and i see the same ring on the website and it say it's not 1/2 caret more but actually the same has mine and now its oh that's my mistake is what she say. We are not very happy customers with the way they do business. We will never buy anymore...
Read moreMy fiance bought me a diamond necklace from their 'I am loved' collection as a push gift. The chain broke and i took it in to have it repaired. The lady told me to leave the pendant and they would clean everything and i would get it back "just like new." When i got it back the engraved 'i am loved' on the back was barely visible. I took it back and spoke with Melissa who was very dismissive. She told me that the engraving of the 'I am loved' series does not last. I even blogged about how great this necklace was and will be removing that blog post. I explained to her that it had very sentimental value to me and she made it seem like i should've known that would happen. After waiting an extremely long time, she came out and said they would fix it since it wasn't disclosed to me that that would happen. I asked her for corporates number and she offered me the protection plan for free as something they could do in store to rectify my horrible experience with them so far. I agreed and left. In the car ride home i got a call from the manager Diane who was trying to sell to me the protection plan even though Melissa had offered it for free. She became extremely combative on the phone with me and hung up on me. So their jewelry doesn't last, they lie, are rude and try to sell you add...
Read moreI have been a devoted Helzberg customer for 10yrs+ but, after my experience the other day I honestly don't think I can ever step foot inside that store ever again.
While I was browsing a woman was helping me. I tried a few things on all which looked ridiculously big on me. I told the sales woman I could no longer wear my wedding ring for it is too big and can not be made any smaller. I then proceeded to tell her that I have such a hard time finding anything that fits me. Her response to me was, "well then maybe you should gain a little weight!"
I was in absolute shock! I smiled and said,"yeahhh." Then left the store in tears. I am a two year cancer survivor. The medication I have to take EVERYDAY for the REST OF MY LIFE causes my metabolism to work at a high speed resulting in weight loss, shaking, heart palpitations, etc....
How dare someone speak like that to someone. I can assure you that no one in their right mind would tell a heavy individual that they should loss weight. I have to deal with body image issues the rest of my life because I was sick. Jewellery is one thing I have that is suppose to make me feel beautiful when I put it on and that has now been ruined for...
