Cashier working the morning of 7-18-2023, approximately 3:30am, EXTREMELY RUDE. I placed a very simple order to pick up, containing two items, both the same. When I arrived, I gave my name, she packaged up the items behind the counter, and handed me a bag. As I was walking towards the door, I looked inside and realized the items in the bag were not what I ordered. I went back to inform her and politely said "This order is incorrect." And she immediately and rudely responded, "No it is not." I told her yes it is incorrect because the items in the bag were not what I ordered. She then informed me that what I ordered was out of stock, so she substituted other items. Okay. I understand that happens sometimes, but she easily could have explained that to me when I gave her my name before she bagged up the order, (as it wasn't packaged up yet), or when she handed me the bag, or when I came back and stated that the items were incorrect, to avoid all of this. Instead she rudely challenged me and tried to correct me, when ultimately the items were not what I ordered, therefore, incorrect. She then continued to rudely state I either take those items or she will cancel the order. I said cancel it and I left. Now i'm sure it's somewhere in the fine print that they have the right to substitute items, etc. Fine. I understand that. But her attitude was completely unwarranted. Terrible communication and customer service. Absolutely no way to act that way when she simply could have explained the situation up front. TERRIBLE. Not to mention that the item shouldn't be for sale on their site if they're not available either, but that is...
Read moreSCRATCH OFF SCAM BEWARE On many occasions I felt I ha e been cheated once bringing my scratch off tickets to agas station for a cash out. This time I checked right before handing then over at this particular location to the clerk behind. They tried to rip me off for a $20 scratch off and i stood my ground, demanded a surveillance check. Both were in on it as the second clerk there started to defend the first one telling me camerasdont work and getting loud. I stood my ground as I said telling them not to waste time barking or getting loud, simply cause I am not going anywhere till I get my money. Eventually attempting to cover his act he started explaining how it could have happened, with me letting him know I'm not interested in bird stories and to just give me my money. He finally gave my money after arguing with me for 30 minutes. Watch they have a box of scratch offs by the ticket checking machine that they use to switch with winners, shameful shameful practice and i feel for others that might have not had the energy or perseverance to deal with this disrespectful behavior. Shameful on whoever...

We bought a pizza and the cashier, with a very rude attitude, refused to heat it, saying it “took too much time,” that she “had other things to do,” and that she “might even burn it,” suggesting we should heat it at home instead. On top of that, she and another employee made comments out loud instead of addressing us directly — completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
They eventually heated the pizza, but the treatment was embarrassing and disappointing. We live in College Park and have been going to this store for years, but we have never experienced such bad customer service. Very...
