Worst experience ever had with a doctors office and never even stepped foot inside the office. They refused to set up anything unless prior history was sent. Got history sent over and never heard a word. Got busy with life and after a year of my history sitting there in his office with no phone call I go ahead and try again. I'm then told oh yea we do have your history, well the doctor only comes in on Wed of Thursday can't remember which, to look at documents that I would get a call in a week. Another 3 weeks passes with no phone call. I call the main adventhealth line to try and figure out what's going on. I'm told I will get a call right back. Days later I'm told he's going to finally review my history. (amazing thought day would never come) I then get a voice-mail stating ok so we got it reviewed and our next call will be to get you scheduled to come in. The next voice-mail I receive is a woman telling me I'm sorry we are no longer accepting new patients. Are you kidding me? How are you going to waste so much of my time to then tell me you're not accepting new patients? I've honestly never experienced anything quite...

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Mark Edward Ranson at AdventHealth Clinic was extremely disappointing.

I took my mother, who has been suffering from chronic pain for over three years due to Dunbar Syndrome — a serious condition that was clearly confirmed by recent imaging exams. Despite this, Dr. Ranson was completely indifferent. He said there was nothing he could do and told her to come back in a year to repeat the tests. When I asked if there was anything else we could do to investigate or relieve her pain, he simply said “no” and walked out of the room, leaving us without any answers or support.

He was rude throughout the entire appointment. He didn’t even physically examine her abdomen, which was visibly swollen and painful. The consultation was extremely expensive for such a cold, dismissive, and unprofessional experience.

I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. A medical appointment should be a space for care, empathy, and a search for solutions — unfortunately, we received the...

I have no words and this site DOES NOT have enough recognition to post. We are a special family with AUTISM. My husband was terrified and Dr. Ransom and his ENTIRE TEAM from the hospital to the office exceeded the expectations of service by "far". This doctor is an example of excellence, quality and care without a doubt. Dr. Ranson took care of his issue on point without gimmicks or excuses. Every question we had was answered when needed, every procedure process was explained...what else can I say? Ufff! We are greatful to have had him as our surgeon.
