I purchased an expensive full length mirror that was advertised as "chic" and "elegant" from this company. The mirror I received grossly distorted reflected images (it makes the room look very tilted as the left and right sides reflect unevenly). I took the mirror to a glass and mirror shop, assuming the problem was caused by defective mirror glass. I thought perhaps the glass could be replaced. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the glass. Upon examination, and using a measuring square, it was determined that the frame of the mirror itself was very out of square, and the materials used to make the frame were too soft (cheap) and "bendy" to support the weight of the mirror properly. This causes the mirror to distort images, and creates a "funhouse mirror effect". Also of note: the frame appears to be splitting apart and separating from the mirror glass in one corner.

The owner, Ali said I could send the mirror back at my expense for a refund. But, he refused to reimburse me for my two-way shipping expenses. I do not feel it is fair to stick me with shipping charges (over $200) for a defective product. When I complained, the owner told me this is a craft item, and is supposed to be imperfect. However, I have purchased many Moroccan items from several online and brick/mortar purveyors, and I am very familiar with this style of decor. I appreciate that hand crafted items have imperfections that add to the charm.
