Smart VIP Tours — Attraction in Orlando

We were in Florida for a cheer competition and we only had one free day to go to a park. The little ones chose Animal Kingdom and I was stressing because I had never been there and I didn’t know what the best rides/must see things were and how we were going to see everything, etc. A family member suggested that we do a Virtual VIP Experience with Smartours, and I’m so glad that we did! Chris was our Virtual Tour Guide and he was amazing! His knowledge of the park and the best way to navigate throughout it, while hitting all of the rides, made this a stress free excursion! Communication was simple, and done via text messages. We got to ride all of rides that we wanted to and we had plenty of time at the end to meander around and unwind a bit before leaving the park. Essentially paid $2200 for a guide who had no special knowledge of the parks to swipe our fast passes for us. I asked when booking if a special itinerary for smaller children with a focus on Harry Potter was possible. We ended up with a guide who gave us no explanation of anything just rushing us through the parks. I finally told him I’d pay for the remaining time but he could leave as it made me and my family uncomfortable to just have a random person with us. I was promised no more than 10-15 min wait times (absolutely a lie as we waited over an hour for one ride my daughter really wanted to ride.) multiple times our “guide” pushed us to ride something only to find out once we made it to the line that my youngest wasn’t tall enough. My 4 yo was terrified after we went on Spider-Man at his suggestion. Guide couldn’t even tell us the names of the rides. Absolutely biggest...

We spent the weekend in Orlando at Disney with the help of our SmarTours Disney Guide, Chris. As DVC members we are quite familiar with the parks and have always prided ourselves on accomplishing everything ourselves, but the new Lightning Lane System rolled out right before we got here and we were at a loss. Chris was extremely confident and we entrusted his expertise throughout the four days we had which proved that we were amateurs comparatively. We waited about 10-12 minutes for everything and finished each park by the early afternoons. This was the first time I got to spend quality, stress free time with my family!
