Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Orlando

The food was pretty good and actually slightly better then other chick fil as, i've came to this location about 5-6 times already and I can say the food is always fresh and the chicken is always breaded well(something rare to my experience at other locations) the store itself was a little crowded a fews times but all of the employees have been very engaging and nice towards me, one of them even helped me pay for my order sense I forgot my wallet🤩🤩🤩 some of the workers thats always stand out were Mrs.Bree and Mr. Yhave .I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the last time I went😔 a lady by the name of Naomi took my order and gave me my food, she seemed kinda stressed out and was in a rush for what seemed to be no apparent reason, the attitude was off putting and it kind off surprised me, 1 worker apologized for her right after she took my order and a different one apologized for her tone and demeanor right before I left.Overall pretty good location with well...

The restaurant is in the Advent Health building, right next to a Sunrail Station. There is only outdoor seating and no restrooms so plan accordingly!

I go to this chick-fil-a frequently and it is always chaotic. I have witnessed the team lead, Stasha, be verbally abusive to her staff as well as unprofessional to her store manager. There should be no reason why she is yelling at them and minimizing them in front of customers. Poor behavior. I find it unprofessional that employees have a line of carry out customers and instead are either huddled in the back, filling up their personal cups in front of customers, and asking for food before they clock out. Josh did not acknowledge the guest in front while being at the register. This establishment is a disaster. Please get rid of Stasha...
